Views do not pay invoices.
You can do everything else on this site right. Get the story straight, get the room built, get the coverage, get the calls.
And still lose most of it on a Tuesday night, because somebody watched your video at eleven, clicked through, did not find what they needed in about nine seconds, and left without you ever knowing they were there.
That is not a content problem.
Attention shows up and has nowhere to go.
Most companies your size do not have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem, and it is invisible, because you never see the ones you lost. Nobody sends a note explaining that they meant to call and then their kid got sick.
Somebody asks about you at an event and it gets written on a napkin. A form comes in on Saturday and gets seen Monday afternoon. A caller gets voicemail twice and finds somebody else.
You paid for that attention. The least it can do is land somewhere.
The plumbing under the content
Capture, routing, follow-up, and a record of who asked about you and what happened next. So the person who watched, clicked or called gets handled the same way whether it is Tuesday morning or Saturday night, and so you can tell at the end of a quarter what the storytelling work actually produced.
If you take one thing from this page: the fastest return available to most companies is not more content. It is answering the people who already raised their hand.
What changes once it is running
- Every inquiry captured in one place, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.
- Follow-up that happens on time without anybody having to be heroic about it.
- A straight answer at the end of the quarter about what the content produced, which is the question you are going to be asked anyway.
Strategy is the product. These are the instruments.
Most clients start with one of these and end up using two or three, because the pieces are built to reinforce each other rather than run separately.
Where do the people who ask about you actually end up?
We will ask what you want to be known for, who you want to be known by, and what has to be true five years from now. If we are not the right firm for that, we will tell you.
